Huoshan Lake is only accessed from the top of Devil's Ridge. Devil's ridge's peaks travel in a circular pattern, in the center is a pristine fresh water lake. The lake was formed thousands of years ago during the last eruption of Devil's Ridge, the land mass in the center of the ridge collapsed eveuntually collecting rain water and forming this miracle of nature.
